HOW TO ORDER
The ordering process for our invitations is nice and easy. When you have made your selection simply click on the order button to send us your wedding information. We will then prepare your quote and pop it in an email to you detailing everything included and any extras you may have chosen. Once you are happy to proceed and payment has been received, we get to work on your stationery.
Once we have created your proof we will email a PDF copy to you for approval. Please ensure that you check the proof very carefully. It may be a good idea to ask someone else to check as well. Please ensure that everything is correct before signing off the artwork as Dotty about Fred cannot be held responsible for any mistakes overlooked during the proofing process.
Once you are totally happy with everything and we have received confirmation that the artwork is correct, we then send the artwork off to our dedicated wedding printers. Your printed stationery order is normally back with us within 5 working days. This is definitely our favourite part of the process - we love seeing your stationery come to life!
Many of our lovely couples arrange to collect their stationery from us in Yoxall - we love meeting you guys! If you're not local and this isn't possible then don't worry. We will notify you of the delivery cost and get your stationery delivered to you asap. Ta Dah - job done!
